Paid Media Supervisor

The Paid Media Supervisor is responsible for leading client paid media programs towards stated client and company objectives and is responsible for the growth, management, retention, and satisfaction of these accounts. The Paid Media Supervisor will be accountable to partner with clients to address measured media landscape and work with client stakeholders across multiple digital disciplines to propose and defend media spend across all performance-based marketing channels. 

The Paid Media Supervisor will manage a team of Paid Media Managers and be accountable for maintaining accurate program forecasts and hitting stated revenue and sales goals. Proven account management and team leadership experience are essential, along with deep experience in online marketing and digital media.

Location: based in Dallas, TX with an opportunity to work remote

Role Objectives:

  • Manage the media teams, serve as a mentor, and provide guidance/leadership
  • Implement holistic media planning and buying strategies
  • Develops, manages, and monitors client KPIs & ROAS for assigned accounts
  • Champions process development, quality assurance and department best practices 
  • Collaborates with other departments to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions and opportunities for clients
  • Develops a complete understanding of each client’s goals, markets, needs, and expectations
  • Keeps team apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks, and other key nuances which affect the health of the business
  • Works within client relationships to champion initiatives that drive marketing decisions across digital channels
  • Attends client meetings on ongoing basis, interface as needed with executive level and middle management on client side during meetings and presentations
  • Manage, review, and analyze all client facing deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and provide POVs for incremental dollars
  • Helps build and contribute to client reports and client review meetings
  • Independently leads performance and go-to market strategy presentations
  • Solves client problems and uses conflict management skills within a professional environment
  • Leverages 3rd party and syndicated digital research to benchmark trends and/or manage expectations of forecasted trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required concentration in business, finance, marketing, or advertising preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in online/digital advertising
  • 3+ years of experience in interactive marketing using data and information to drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading people
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Pinterest, Youtube, and Twitter 
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt, TradeDesk, etc
  • High competency level in Keynote and Google Apps with specific strengths in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Multichannel experience (search/social/display/programmatic) preferred
