Anyone in a healthy relationship will tell you the most important thing to maintain is communication

When you partner with anyone (in this case an agency) there are always unknowns based on differences in experience and expertise. At BuzzShift, we know all things marketing. On the brand side, you know all about your service or product. Our goal is to fully understand your brand story and goals, so we can strategically overlay our expertise to help your brand grow. This requires a lot of communication. Here are the BuzzShift tentpoles of helpful and effective communication:

Access to the Full Team

There aren’t any secret members of our team we’re hiding in the back office or behind a magic curtain. When you join a video chat with our team, you get the full team. Our screens get a little crowded with small squares at times, but we believe that you have a right to speak directly with subject matter experts (SME) and hear from the people that are actually working on your brand! Have a question about Google Ads? Ask your BuzzShift Paid Media Manager. Curious about why we’re suggesting a certain ad style? Your BuzzShift Designer has an answer. Not every person needs to be at every meeting, but when there’s an agenda that includes an SME, they’ll be in attendance.

One Point of Contact

So, you have access to the full team, but does that mean you CC all of BuzzShift on your emails? No, this is where we get clever with our communication. We want our SMEs to focus on the work that will grow your brand, so we keep them off the email chain. At BuzzShift, each brand is assigned an Account Manager. While the rest of the team works with the tools that build the deliverables, an Account Manager’s eyes are glued to email. Account Managers keep our clients up to date on the status of work and manage timelines. If you have questions, important information, or materials to share with our team, send them to your Account Manager! They will disperse the information to the relevant people and coordinate a timeline for the next steps.

Honesty & Transparency

If you have values like ours, this one may sound obvious, but unfortunately, this isn’t always the case in the agency world. Advertising can be filled with unknowns: the costs of ads, the materials used, and trend research. BuzzShift does its best to eliminate those unknowns so you can understand our recommendations. This means we have the same access to paid media channels, you’ll see thorough itemized scopes, we don’t shy away from difficult conversations, and we’ve even written dozens of blogs to answer your questions ahead of time. We believe it’s better to have candid chats about topics big or small. That’s how we all learn and grow.

If these values align with yours, let’s start our conversation today. From the first kickoff to a weekly status call, you’ll see that we truly prioritize transparent communication.
